For orders in the Benelux, delivery usually takes 2-3 working days, depending on the destination.

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code to track your package.
We only deliver within the Benelux.

Yes, we only sell 100% original and authentic products from
renowned brands that comply with European laws and regulations.
The ingredients list can be found on the product page. Do you have an allergy? Always check the ingredients before making a purchase.
Unfortunately, we do not offer samples of all fragrances. However, we do occasionally add a sample to orders, depending on availability.
Returns & Customer Service
Yes, you can return unused and unopened products within 14 days of receipt
return. Please note: the hygiene seal (the plastic casing or seal) of perfumes and other products must not be broken. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
You have 14 days after receiving your order to register a return.

damaged product. We will provide a suitable solution.
